With an MBA and more than a decade of executive-level experience, I bring a strong foundation of strategy, structure, and professionalism. But my work goes beyond checklists and calendars, it’s rooted in presence, energy, and alignment. After walking my own healing path alongside my partner, David, including time spent living in Costa Rica where we devoted ourselves to deep personal growth, I’ve learned the value of slowing down, being intentional, and creating from a place of balance.
